Job Description

GEAR LLC is currently hiring a recruiter to staff for skilled trades.

A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.


  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interview using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, and soft skills
  • On board new employees in order to become fully integrated

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in skilled trades or office experience
  • Computer Skills including (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
  • Must able to multi task
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Phone Skills
  • People Skills
